Holding Tight and New Stuff

If you read my last blog, you heard me gush over how the Lord has finally led me in a new direction.  Not long after that post my heart became unsettled, and the closer I came to beginning my first quarter back in school, the more I felt a hard check in my spirit.  This is not what your are supposed to do. I literally had my books, signed into a class, and had 3 days till class started.  I withdrew immediately.  I am relieved; I don't know why other than the Lord spoke clearly, and it was the right thing to do.  It's a good thing they took my books back!

What now?  I continue where the Lord has me: Teen Challenge.  In fact, we began using a curriculum I put together, and I am excited to see it in action.  I also have a book out, Faith and Facts, based on the first part of the discipleship curriculum, and a pocket-sized version of Faith and Facts.  I have no idea where these works may go, if anywhere, but if anyone makes a decision for Christ or becomes more firmly rooted in the Bible as a result, it was a success.  I pray he will use these works to do so much more!

To take a look at all my books, go to http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/daddyhusky and preview.  Both Faith and Facts (Full version with study materials) and Faith and Facts: Pocket Edition are available as a FREE download.  I would always love to hear your feedback!
